My name is Jane Smith

With over 15 years of experience, Jane provides audit and assurance services to clients primarily in the real estate industry. Her primary real estate clients are residential and commercial own-and-operating entities. She has extensive experience addressing the accounting for real estate project costs including acquisition, development, construction, and selling of real estate projects. Jane also provides audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations, as well as those that develop affordable housing projects financed with tax credits and tax-exempt bonds, including those subjects to HUD audit requirements. In addition, Jane has experience providing audit services to investment companies and is well-versed in addressing fair value measurement and disclosure requirements.

Jane graduated from California State Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and spent three years in private industry. Her background gives her a balanced perspective when addressing the needs of her clients.
